Why Stevia Is Better Than Aspartame?

In many studies, it is found that Aspartame sweeteners has many adverse effects on health such as Insomnia, Anxiety, Mood fluctuations and Dizziness but on the other hand Stevia has been approved by the FDA.

Stevia has not been linked to any known health risks and can be metabolized by the body safely. Stevia has little effect on blood glucose and can enhance glucose tolerance, making it a safe natural sweetener.
